Return of Goods and Refunds

No goods may be returned without prior consent from LTR Supplies Ltd. Where LTR Supplies Ltd consents to such return, the goods must be received from the customer in a re-saleable condition. The customer agrees to pay an administration charge of 20% of the invoice value of the goods returned. The amount remaining will be credited to your account or refunded to your card depending on your payment method.
