Our Safety Forklift Check Book features comprehensive paper checklists designed to meet relevant legislation and industry guidelines. Each book contains 25 individual checklists, with each checklist incorporating a unique sequential number.

Included are guidance notes for inspection procedures, and the check book retains carbon copies of all completed equipment checks for management records. Completed checklists (signed and dated) can be placed inside a tag for visibility and ease of access.

In accordance with Regulation 5 of the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER), it is the employer's responsibility to ensure that work equipment is maintained in efficient working order and good repair. This check book provides a robust system of daily or pre-shift checklists (25 per book), ensuring essential fluids are topped up and potential defects are identified before they escalate into problems.
