The Pulsar Rail Specification Interactive Soft Shell Jacket features a thermally applied chevron design with 3M Scotchlite reflective tape for enhanced visibility. Made from 100% polyester, the stretchy soft shell outer fabric is laminated to an inner micro fleece for added comfort and warmth.
